We are in a new built with reception next to Langdon Park DLR, therefore speedy access to Canary Wharf, Bank, Stratford Lewisham, Greenwich.

This is a stylish and comfortable room, that comes with a spacious cupboard, a desk and the exclusive use of a modern, new bathroom with shower and bath just opposite the bedroom.

The room has a huge window, so plenty of light , and faces a green courtyard.

All bills are Included in the monthly rent (council tax, heating, water, electricity, TV licence & internet).

The use of the gym on the top floor is also included. View from the top really lovely!

We are a professional couple with hybrid working style. Our children (12Y) visit us 3 weeks-ends a month. We have 2 kittens.

For us is important that the tenant is respectful and keeps his and the communal space clean.  

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. 

We ask for £ 300 for deposit, however we expect an agreement that £120 will be retained at the end of tenancy for professional cleaning.

The room is free from the 03/June and viewings also start on the 03/June. We are looking for a minimum of 3 months stay.
