There is a double room for rent with an ensuite bathroom in this two bed new build flat on the 6th floor at Poplar/Canning Town. The apartment is super cute and large enough for two people, with a balcony ( where you can see canary wharf). The bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the flat which adds to the privacy element.

Our current contract expires on February 11th but I want to renew my place here whereas my flatmate is moving out with her BF, so I need to find someone to take out a new contract!

This is a really nice area with great transport links and cafes near by. Many train stations are walking distance (East India, Blackwall, Canning Town) with easy access to Bank and Central area. I have lived here for a few months now as its super easy to get into central. It’s a safe area too, along with a free gym!

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. I am a bubbly, social person so it would be nice to have someone who is down for a catch up every now and then :) I also respect personal space and recognise the importance of personal space/ alone time.

Dishwasher/ Washing Machine available.

About me:
I am a 28 year old female who works in the asset management industry. I usually work from home but I head into the office sometimes too! I love to paint, travel and cook. I also love using the free gym nearby!

Key requirements:
-the agency asks for people who earn above the salary of 25,500 per annum.
-female preferred
-veg / flexitarian preferred (though I am open minded).
-someone who is open to getting a cleaner every two weeks.

The flat
-rent is 850 ppm (can’t negotiate on rent sadly)
-deposit is £750
-bills range from 100-120 pcm
