You’d be living with me, Faye 25, and I work in finance in Canary Wharf (I usually walk when it's good weather because it's 20-25 min! With the DLR only 15 min!).

The flat has a few transport option!!
5-10 minute walk from Langdon Park and East India (DLR)
15 min from Canning Town (Jubilee and DLR)
15 min from Bromley-By-Bow (Hammersmith and District Line)
Bus options: 309, D8

We have a Sainsbury's Local 2 min alway. Also there is a massive Morrisons and Tian Tian in Canning town :)

The flat is recently refurbished, modern, clean and well-kept. The room is mostly furnished. The living room is also fully furnished but if you have a sofa you want to bring we can replace the sofa! (the TV is unfortunately also not mine). But we do have a separate washer/dryer room and a dishwasher!

We also have a little sunny balcony off one of the bedrooms for sitting out to eat and sunbathing☀️

The room is £1150 per month and bills come to around £100-150 per month.

We’re looking for a professional/ masters student age 23 and above to move in.
