Hello,
I am looking for someone to short term sublet a room from the 25th May. You'll be sharing the flat with another lovely flatmate.
The room is cosy and furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
This newly converted maisonette is part of a Grade II listed building, originally a church dating back to 1873. The apartment beautifully retains its original architectural features, such as stunning church windows and exposed brick arches, which add unique character to the space. There are two WCs: one conveniently located downstairs and one upstairs in the bathroom.
The flat is located in Poplar next to a park. There is a community centre/café by the canal just a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy delicious, rustic bread. Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR lines) is a 20-minute walk away, and Langdon Park Station (DLR line) is an 8-minute walk away.
I am looking for someone who is kind, respectful, and likes to keep a living space clean. You'll be sharing the flat with the friendly Anna who's renting the other room till the end of June. Anna is staying in London and studying. She's friendly and responsible.
Excited to hear from you !!!
