We are looking for someone fun and outgoing to join our cute modern queer flat in East London!

Looking for someone to move by 19th April, will need confirmation by 5th April!

Referencing and affordability checks need to be made by the agency.

!!PLEASE NOTE: only one of these rooms is available - one of the remaining tenants will me either staying in his current room or moving to the smaller one depending on interest!

Bigger room with ensuite: £1140

Bills approx £80, includes council tax, water, electricity, wifi.
'Deposit' is £120 non refundable (no deposit scheme).

🚇 Langdon Park & Westferry DLR for easy links to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line, Jubilee line) & Bank/Monument (Northern, Waterloo & City, Central, Circle & District). Also not far from regular busses to central (115/15).

You'll be sharing with me (Jenni, nurse (for my sins)) and Stefan (marketing, for his sins). We're both very social and outgoing, enjoy queer raves, the pub, travelling, kitchen chats, days out, but also enjoy chill times after work :)) big plus if you're the nerdy type, I need someone to play games with.
