Hey! I’ve recently had a job change and am moving to London from Cornwall. I’ve secured a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Fizzy Poplar and I’m looking for a flatmate (or a couple) to move in ASAP with me.

The Flat:
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one main bathroom + one en-suite)
• Modern, bright space in a great development
• Free WiFi (150 mbps)
• £100/month utilities (includes heating & hot water – adjusted at end of tenancy based on usage)
• Parking available for £125/month

About Me:
• Easygoing, clean, and sociable — enjoy a laugh, a couple of pints, and good conversations
• Into badminton, gym, travelling (recently did Ben Nevis), and bingeing shows/films
• Big fan of iced lattes & cheesecake
• I drive, so getting around is easy
• I don’t cook much, so the kitchen will mostly be yours and kept clean

Looking For:
• Someone around mid-20s, any gender
• Clean, chill, and easy to live with
• Open to an individual or a couple happy to share the flat
