The living room is huge, open-plan with the kitchen, lots of natural light, and a wide private balcony with views over the River Lea. It has all the integrated appliances you'd expect.

Your Room
Good-sized double with a private ensuite. Comes furnished but I'm flexible if you'd rather use your own things.

Zone 2, with great links in every direction:

- Langdon Park DLR — ~10 min walk, right between Canary Wharf and Stratford, the sweet spot of East London

-Rent: £1,100/month
-Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent
- Bills: ~£150–200/month (gas, electricity, water, broadband)

About myself: I'm a 26-year-old from Ukraine, working in ad tech. I'm looking for a flatmate who is after a cosy home, not just a place to crash, where everyone respects each other’s space but can also get along. I value personal boundaries, but I’m also up for socialising over a drink or catching a gig. I try to stay active (gym, walks), and love to travel when I can. Ideally looking for a relaxed, friendly vibe with flatmates who enjoy a mix of quiet time and occasional hangouts.
