We have a double room available in our brand new flatshare on London City Island. The apartment is part of a new luxury development right next to Canning Town Station (Jubilee Line and DLR) and has fantastic facilities.

-DLR with 10 min access to Bank, Canary Wharf and City Airport.
-You can also walk to Canary Wharf for work in under 30 mins which is a great start to the day.

As you can tell this place is awesome to live in and an extremely rare find in London!

The room is available in mid-January and we are seeking a professional female to join our flatshare. Sorry no smokers or couples.

The apartment has three bedrooms in total with one for you, one for me (Ben) and one for Jess the other flatmate. I have an en suite so the bathroom is just shared with Jess.

I'm 27 years old and work in Financial Services regulation in Canary Wharf. I love to travel and have just moved to London following 6 months of travelling around Europe.

Jess is 29 and works in marketing for a luxury fashion brand. Jess is outgoing and enjoys travelling around as well.

We are both social and enjoy meeting new people. It would be great to find a new flatmate that can join our new flatshare and help create a home. We do have our own friends and social life so won't be in your pocket but it is nice to have a flat dinner every so often.
