* Overnight visitors allowed with prior permission as long as you’re not taking the piss

* Clean up after yourself – We value cleanliness and have a cleaner who visits once a week. However, it's essential that you tidy up after yourself to maintain a pleasant living environment.

* You must be under 45 to ensure a suitable dynamic

* No couples – pls don’t apply if you are a couple looking to stay in the house together
