Beautiful flatshare on the border of Primrose Hill and Belsize Park (5 min walk to Primrose Hilll) to share with two female professionals. Looking for a female only for a double bedroom to share bathroom with just one other female. The flat is modern and tastefully furnished, open plan kitchen/living room, wooden floors and granite work tops with all mod cons, leading on to a patio and fully enclosed garden. The room is a decent size with built in wardrobe and the sun streams in in the mornings so has a really nice feel to it. The area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by the best parks in London but perfectly located to get to the buzz of London life and lots of cafes within a 2 min walk away for great coffee and weekend brunch. The rent includes all bills; council tax, gas, electricity, water, wifi, cleaner, cleaning products so nothing else to pay. The flat is not a party flat, we primarily do our own thing and do all our socialising outside of the flat so if you are looking for a peaceful, more "mature" flatshare, please get in touch.
