A double bedroom Is available in our lovely flat (looks bigger than the pictures!), just a few minutes walk from Primrose Hill. Double bed and wardrobe are included with the room. The flat has a spacious living room and balcony, and the building Itself includes private parking, a secure bike shed and a concierge, and was recently refurbished. Our landlord is also lovely and very helpful.

We are also well connected with transport links - 5min walk from Chalk Farm (Northern line) and 10mins from Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage tube stations (Northern and Jubilee lines). We are also walking distance to lots of beautiful green space - less than 5minutes from Primrose Hill, 15minutes to Regent’s Park and 15-20minutes to Hampstead Heath.

A bit about us - the current flatmates: Saumya (26) and Gary (26). We're both young professionals, get along well and are friendly, clean and easygoing. We’re looking for someone like minded who is keen to treat the flat as home!.

Bills are approximately £70-80 pcm but they vary month to month. Security deposit will be required. There's flexibility on move in date so please get in touch if interested!
