Looking for a female flatmate to join my clean and quiet flat. This is a quiet household and I don’t have visitors regularly so I would expect the same from you. My dad might come up on the odd occasion for dinner. My brother is known to stay for a few nights during the week a couple of times during the year but not very often). I have 1 cat called Pepper - cat lovers are a must as I will ask you to look after her while I travel a few times per year (meaning you can can stay here during the weekend while I’m gone at no extra cost)

I am a young professional currently working two jobs. (I work from home during the day and then I’m out in the afternoons from 3pm-7/8pm Monday to Thursday)

A bit about me - I enjoy music and going on holidays/festivals etc with my friends. I like to cook and I’m always trying new recipes. Big GOT fan! I’m quiet; down to earth and have a good sense of humour.

The building is a high rise and is currently under construction as they are replacing windows and heating system so it is quite loud during the day but shouldn’t be an issue if you’re out at work. Building works are due to finish in May 2025.

Household duties such as cleaning etc will be shared between us. The kitchen and bathroom are due to be renovated in spring 2025.

Fully functioning kitchen with all appliances (ninja airfryer and tumble dryer are bonus extras)
