✨✨ A lovely and spacious double room is available in a cosy 2-bedroom flat in Chalk Farm/Primrose Hill, right by the station✨

The area - Hampstead/Primrose Hill/Camden - is perfect, and very central, with walking distance to everything and everywhere, and 24/7 public transport a minute away.

✨I am looking for someone to replace my previous flatmate -
A professional female, age mid 30s-ish and above;
Someone who isn't working from home full-time,
and maybe 'almost vegetarian' will be a nice advantage : ) (But really not a deal breaker!)

You will be sharing this lovely flat with me - a female creative, who works in TV production.
I like to treat this place like home, so I am looking for someone who likes a peaceful and friendly flatshare.
✨ It's not really a party place - and keeping the flat quiet and calm is important, both for us, and for the neighbours. There are lots of great pubs in the area. : )

-The room is a good size, warm, and bright, with huge double-glazed window, and is on the other side of the flat from my bedroom, so there is a good sense of privacy.

The flat is warm and comfortable.
-A great power shower & bath
-A very large living room, with lots of space, bookshelves, big sofa etc. Very cosy.
-The well-kept estate has a great private garden for residents, with porters and security on site 24/7.
-A fully equipped kitchen, with lots of storage space available.
✨Mostly I'm a 10-min in-and-out of the kitchen type person, ideally looking for similar! : )

✨The central heating is free! ✨ and on all winter. Making this flat amazingly warm and cosy in winter, and nice and cool in summer. (Savings us a huge amount in bills!...)

--The room is £1100 a month.

The utility bills are currently £150 a month, p/p.
They include:
Council Tax (Camden Band D), Water, Electric, Virgin Fibre Broadband, and a TV licence.
