Penthouse Studio in Primrose Hill

Hi there,

I'm seeking to sublet my studio in Primrose Hill from mid/late December for 1 month.

The studio is located on King Henry's Road, a couple of minutes' walk from Primrose Hill Park, 5-10 minutes' walk from both Swiss Cottage and Chalk Farm underground stations.

The studio occupies the top floor of a 3 bedroom apartment but which you would share with only one other, the landlord. The third bedroom would be unoccupied for the period of your stay. The studio itself is almost entirely self-contained with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom for your exclusive use - the only facility you would be required to share would be the washing machine/tumble dryer located in the kitchen downstairs.

The space is fully furnished with a double bed and ample storage. The space is light and airy with white walls, neutral furnishings, multiple windows and skylights. The studio also benefits from a large, south-facing terrace which, even in Winter, is a pleasure to sit out on.

I am flexible with regard to length of stay, willing to consider different offers and happy to negotiate. Ultimately, I am looking for a mature, respectful and considerate person or couple to look after my place while I am away.
