Double room literally in front of Tube St! £850

We have a small double room in a purpose build block literally in front of chalk farm station. Northen line. 5 minutes to Euston to jump in victoria line. You are in central London in 10 min. Some bills included. Our flat is not renovated. We have it carpeted . 1 bathroom with good pressure invigorating shower and kitchen with new washing machine, fridge and fairly good presentation. But again both not renovated. That's why we leave it cheap despite amazing location. You have primrose hill cafes and restaurants 3 min walk and primrose hill park/ regents park 5 min walk . Suits a person that loves going out and needs to commute easily. It's not really a place to bring friends over. Is more for a person wanting to be in an amazing location without breaking the bank. Also a person that doesnt have so much staff because you have only the waredraw in your room. Is fairly big but thats it. I am originally from Colombia but also a British Citizen. My partner from Milan, Italy. We are friendly, educated , respectful people. We love music, dance and a good movie the old way (cinema) . About you: preferably you need to be working. You need to be able to demonstrate your income (payslips, letter from work, etc). If student, you need to pay at least 2 months in advanced. And be able to show us how you will pay your monthly rent . Drop us a line !
