Available immediately. Our flat is in the heart of Primrose Hill. It is a 2 min walk to the park itself (which you can see from the living room) and 5 min walk to Regent’s Park. The Primrose Hill high street, with all its lovely restaurants and shops is only 500 metres away, and you can walk down the canal to Camden lock in 5mins.
The nearest tube is Chalk Farm (5mins walk) which is 2 stops from Euston on the Northern Line.
We are also close to one of the best pubs in London - The Lansdowne (great food and drink!).

We have 2 rooms available:
1) Large double - TAKEN
Large room with built in wardrobe & chest of drawers. This is a lovely bright room with 2 sash windows, overlooking Gloucester Avenue towards the park.

2) Standard double
It is a double room with a big wardrobe and a sash window.

Both rooms share a bathroom.

We have a large kitchen with a dining table and a large living room with 2 big sash windows- so it’s very light.

You would be sharing with one other person (a young professional man) in a 3rd attic room with a separate bathroom.

Parking is available with a permit -roughly £120 per year. So very cheap for London.
