The flat is available now, it has 2 bedrooms in total. I am currently looking for one roommate to occupy a beautiful room with natural light. The property is located on the 8th floor.
The flat has been designed to the highest specification allowing for space and light.

The property includes a fully fitted kitchen, a large bright living-room, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bathroom and a wooden flooring throughout. The building has its own concierge (8am-5pm), a lift service available. The property also benefits from a gym with sauna and a private car park available to rent.

Ideally located, the flat is a moment away from Pudding Mill Lane station (DLR) and you can benefit from a bus stop right in front of the main entrance of the building.
The property is located near Stratford/Westfield Shopping Centre (15 minutes walk). There are a number of buses which will take you directly to Stratford and to Stratford Station for Jubilee or Central line and the Overground.
The flat is for two people only, one room has been taken by me and only one room is available. The rent is £590 per month excluding bills (broadband, council tax and electricity bills are approximately £100 per person per month).
