Double room available in Penthouse Flat

Hey Guys,

One of our flatmates is moving in with his girlfriend in September so we have a room available from Sept 1st.

The flat is on the top floor of a five story block with great views out over London 👌🏻
The room is a good sized double at the front of the flat with a large wardrobe, a desk and views out across to the city.

The flat has two bathrooms with showers, a good sized living/dining room and a well equipped kitchen. We also have a quality terrace area with astro turf, bbq and city views.

Current flatmates are all male, a 29 year old, 28 and a 25 year old, a Floor Fitter, Sales Account Manager and a bar manager.
All sociable but respectful lads who are happy for you to get involved with our own friend groups as well as being a flatmate!
Expect a couple of roof terrace gatherings (when Covid allows!) and a generally relaxed vibe inside the flat. During the week its usually a trip to the gym and then cook/relax.
There is shared garage that’s used for our motorbikes/ bicycles and extra storage, unfortunately not big enough for a car.

All bills come in at £70 each per month so thats Water, Gas, Electric, Council Tax, BTBroadband.

Transport links: overground 10 mins walk to Barnes station, line into Waterloo. Buses outside our front door into Putney, CJ or Richmond.
Looking for an easy going housemate who is also pretty clean and tidy.
