“Hi! We are two guys and three girls in the house, and we’re all in our late 20s and early 30s. We’re a from a mix of different places... German, Italian, French, English and NZ. The house is very sociable, we do quite a lot together... bbq’s in the garden, drinks and chatting, tv nights in, We’re also planning on getting a Christmas tree for the house soon! We’re looking for someone who’s happy to be a part of our house, not just a tenant”.

About the location and the house:
The room available is a newly decorated large double bedroom in a beautiful Victorian terrace. The bedroom is on the top floor, is very spacious and has a fire place.

This house is located right next to Putney High street. It is just under a two minute walk to Putney overground station, and a seven minute walk to East Putney tube. There are also numerous bus routes in the surrounding area. You can expect to be in central London in around 20 minutes. The street itself is a quiet residential road, but is minutes away some of Putney’s best bars and restaurants, supermarkets and other convenience stores.

The house is very spacious. It has six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and a shared living room spread across three floors. The kitchen opens out into a garden which has a communal seating area, and in addition to this there is a roof terrace which also has communal seating.

The house is furnished. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, shelves, chest of drawers and two wardrobes. Please let me know if you need additional furniture or have your own - arrangements can be made.

Viewings:
I am a live out landlord but the house mates will be happy to show you around. They are available most weekday evenings and some weekends. Please message me to arrange a specific time.

Costs:
The room rent is £870pcm. Bills are not included, they are roughly £60pcm. There is a £1000 deposit.
