Double room, bright duplex flat £544pcm bills inc

We have a comfortable, convenient double room in our duplex flat, located on a quiet estate and a short walk from the River Thames.

The flat is equal distances from East Putney (underground, district line zone 2) and Wandsworth Town (national rail, 12 mins to Waterloo), with bus access to the city, Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Clapham, Tooting and more!

We love it here for so many reasons; its proximity to the city, its outdoor parks (Wandsworth Park, Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common, King George's Park and more), and because the flatmates are so chilled and friendly. There are shops and restaurants on the high street with the more sophisticated Old York Road a short walk away.

We have a balcony and you're welcome to smoke out there. We also have a shared little back garden, shared living and kitchen areas, and separate toilet and bathroom.

I gave my double room a fresh lick of paint when I moved in last year and a brand new bed was bought by the landlord.

Our landlady is also chilled and hasn't raised the rent in years; it's a BARGAIN. I pay £496 a month for rent and utilities, then we split bills for internet and council tax, totaling £544pcm (Bills equate to 48 a month)

There is currently one female and one male tenant. Our other male flatmate unfortunately has had to move out due to the current climate and his single room is up for grabs in a separate ad which may be worth noting if friends are looking to move into the same flat.

My reasoning for leaving is that my boyfriends lease will finally be up at his and we are going to move in together..

Room available April 31st (may be negotiated to slightly sooner if needed)

No minimum or maximum term- only condition is you must find someone to replace you when you chose to move out.
