We have sadly had to move home to NZ due to COVID and are looking for a tidy, friendly & respectful single OR couple to replace us in our flat!
The current tenancy ends at the start of December, and there is the potential to renew if you are interested!

There's a shared parking lot out front and garden out back for residents to use. We also have a lift so it's super easy to move in/carry up all your shopping!

Great location - set back from the main road it has plenty of busses driving straight past that go to Clapham, Fulham, Central etc. Only a 10min walk from East Putney Station (District Line) and Putney Station (SW Railway). Just a little stroll down to the shops that include a Sainsbury's, Waitrose & Tesco Express. Lots of pubs, cafes and takeout too!!

You'll be living with our flatmates who are a Kiwi couple in their mid 20's. Very easy to live with and will respect your space! More than happy for you to have friends round etc. and will join in for the odd movie night/drink. They are working professionals and currently work from home while offices are closed.

The room available is fully furnished double room with a KING sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2x bedside tables, so its all ready for you to move in! Window overlooks the back garden. We also have a shoe rack & clothes rack which we are happy to sell to you (along with some kitchen appliances/cookware).

Rent for the room is £915pcm excl. bills. Bills are currently £70pcm for a single, £140pcm for a couple (goes into a shared account to pay for all water, internet, electricity, cleaning supplies etc). Bond/Deposit is £1081.73.
