Double room in great location, friendly house!

We have a room in our social, friendly house share in Putney - available November!

It's a difficult time at the moment, with a lot of uncertainty so we understand that doing viewings in person might be challenging. So, we are flexible on virtual tours/video calls and move in dates to ensure we get the right person :)

More about the house:
We are in a fab location, with East Putney, Putney Bridge and Putney rail station all a short walk away. Putney high street on your doorstep and Wandsworth Park and the river practically next door.

The house has been recently redecorated, with a spacious lounge, kitchen/diner and large back garden with a firepit for those winter bbq's!

The room available is a good size and has a new bed, new mattress and new wardrobe. I've been living here for the last 3 years and am looking for someone who'd be a good fit to replace me, ideally for a long term let. Housemates are all sociable but considerate and tidy. You can hang out in the lounge watching a film together (thanks to our complete Sky package!) or spend time in the garden, or in your room if you need a little me time!

Currently half of the house is working from home, with the other half occasionally in an office, so there is plenty of space if you are working from home, or if you are commuting, you have great transport links into central and west london.

The room is available from 1st November, but can be flexible on that!
The room is £709 with bills at an extra £109 - this includes an ultimate Sky package, cleaner, utilities, council tax and tv license.
