This is a beautiful, spacious ground floor flat with a shared garden and free parking available.

It is less than 10min walk to Putney rail station and about 15min walk to East Putney tube station. During the day the shared living room is full of light, facing South.

Your double bedroom is large and furnished and has a built-in wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Henri, 37 years old, Landscape Architect who has been living in London for almost 10 years. I have been living in this flat for more than 2.5 years.

I like music, guitar, going to gigs, running, kitesurfing in Hayling Island or Camber Sands. Enjoying some relax time at home, practising guitar discreetly with my headphone, watching series (Twin Peaks at the moment), cooking some simple but good food.

I consider myself as sociable, like to keep the place quiet & tidy, a cleaner would come once a week or every other week.

Bills not included - on average £135 a month +
cleaner.

The contract is to be signed directly with the landlord and so as rent for your room.
