Hi! We're Emma and Lydia and we're looking for one flatmate to join our three bed flat in Putney.

We're 25, I'm a marketing exec for a publisher and Emma is doing her PhD at Imperial. We're friendly, chill and tidy - looking to make the flat a home where we can be social and hang out together but also have our own space. We're ideally looking for a mid twenties - thirties woman to join us, someone laid back, social and clean.

I'm a rower so am out training most weekend mornings and otherwise am out catching up with friends (once the world is more open!). Emma is into running and cycling and also often out and about socialising.

Large double room + ensuite: £707, can come with wardrobe but otherwise unfurnished
Bills estimate: £73 (includes money into a kitty)
Move in date: March 31st but can be flexible

- 15 min walk to river and Putney Heath
- 10 min on bike to Richmond park
- lots of bus routes to central London
- On top of local Sainsbury’s which is super convenient
