Currently searching for a replacement to takeover my room in a lovely Putney house, as I have unfortunately decided to move back to Canada.
The room is on the second level of a quiet side-street, which gets great light throughout the day. Plenty of closet space across the entire right-hand wall, and a queen-sized bed. I have a desk in my room at the moment as i’m working from home, which I can leave for you if you need.

The house itself is set over 4 floors, with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a terraced garden, with a BBQ and outdoor seating, which is a sun trap. The house comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and fully furnished. The kitchen is amazing and provides plenty of space for gatherings. There is also a dining room in the middle floor, a spacious lounge where you can watch TV or just hang out. We also have a cleaner that comes biweekly.

Rent is £950, exclusive of bills where are typically approximately £75 per month per person on average (including cleaner). Deposit is £1,100.

The current flatmates are two very chilled young professional ladies, looking for someone with similar interests to take up the room. We’re a social house that enjoy a drink or two in the evenings, or simply cooking together on occasion. We also appreciate each other’s space and independence.
