We are on the look out for a friendly, social, and easy-going new flatmate for our Central Putney house. The house is large and has a very homely feel, spread across 3.5 floors each with its own bedroom (3) and bathroom (3) ensuring there is plenty of space for all and each room has a bathroom to itself. The living room and kitchen are large, open plan and naturally well lit. We hold a great relationship with our landlord who is engaged, diligent and always fast acting. The house has all expected amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, large double door fridge.

The room for let is situated privately on the First floor of the house and gets plenty of light during the day. The room is furnished. Your bathroom is modern with a shower and toilet. You will be the only person in the flat who uses the bathroom, however it is also available for guest use.

The house is located on Chelverton Road and is a 30 second walk from Putney high street, 4 minutes from Putney station and 8-10 minutes from East Putney underground. Being situated as it is means a variety of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are close by.

Your new flatmates:
Megan and Brad are a 29 year old couple from New Zealand, Brad works for a Wine company and Megan works for a toy company. The other Flatmate is an Australian named Mikaela who works as a physio therapist for the NHS. We are all social and enjoy hanging out in the living room together watching movies and having flat cocktail nights. We also all like to travel in our spare time, and do the occasional flat trip. As a flat we enter a social Lawn Bowls team over the summer too!

We are after a housemate who is sociable, tidy, friendly, and keen to join a fun household.
