The flat is 3 minutes from Putney station and 5 minutes from East Putney tube station (district line) so it is very easy to get into central in around 20 minutes. Right next to Putney high street it is very close to lots of nice pubs/bars/cafes as well as Bishops and Wandsworth parks.
You would be sharing with two lovely girls 23 & 24 who are both working in London. We are all very social and enjoy doing activities as a house as well as doing our own thing.
The bills are around £75 including water/gas/electric/council tax/wifi/TV so the total rent per month comes to £765.
