We are looking for a new, sociable flatmate to fill a small double bedroom in a spacious flat in the heart of Putney. Females only please.
Room: Part furnished with wardrobes outside the bedroom and additional built in shelving in the room so the only thing required would be a bed (the room fits a double bed as seen in photos). There are large windows and plenty of natural light in the whole flat. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.
Financials:
Rent - £650 including bills (except for WiFi & TV licence which we arrange & pay as a flat)
Deposit - £500
Flatmates:
Two females (25 & 26yrs old) who work Mon-Fri in the office so if you WFH, you will have the space to do so and have peace and quiet during working hours! We are a sociable flat who enjoy watching a Netflix series or trash tv in the evenings or with things starting to open up, we enjoy going to the pub for some drinks. However, we also appreciate our own time & space to do our own thing too!
The room is available from 1st June. Happy to do viewings of an evening after work or send a video of the flat if easier.
