Hey there,

We are two easy going female professionals searching for a third to complete our lovely flat in Putney. Siofra (32) is a Sales Manager with a Tech company and Julie (30) works for the civil service. Whilst having our own very busy lives, we do like to catch up in the evening over a meal, cup of tea or watch TV together, and are after someone who finds our place as homely as we do. There is some flexibility with the move in date.

The flat is situated in a lovely area of Putney, just off Upper Richmond Road, and an easy 10 minute walk from the high street, Putney train station and riverside. East Putney Tube is an 18 minute walk away, or a very short bus ride from the stop just outside the building. There are an abundance of shops, supermarkets (local Sainsbury's is a five minute walk), pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars all within easy reach, as well as plenty of green space to explore. Plenty of bus routes can also be found nearby, whilst Putney Leisure Centre is just across the road from the flat with an excellent gym, pool and exercise classes.

The pre-war, 1930s building is lovely, whilst the flat is surprisingly very modern and spacious with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with a balcony off it. The bathroom is newly renovated and massive, with a separate shower (such a luxury in London) and huge bathtub. The flat also features a utility room (also such a bonus in London!) with a washer and dryer, and plenty of storage with many cupboards around the flat. There is an onsite building manager and large bike shed, and parking is available upon request.

The room is a good size with a double bed and nice wooden flooring. Rent is £774 per month, deposit £1020 and bills coming in £100-110 a month.
