Entire flat to yourself 5 nights a week

Hello our names are Simon and Bec and we own and currently live in our two bed, two bath flat in Putney with our 8month old daughter.

We are planning a move to Cheltenham to be closer to family and want to rent out our flat to a couple or single person but maintain the option to stay in the smaller bedroom 1-2nights maximum per week when we need to be in London for work - this would be weeknights only. The remainder of the time you would have the entire flat to yourself. We would of course let you know which days one of us would stay (we may do one night each per week or no nights at all some weeks) and once we get to know you we are happy to consider the idea of letting you use the room if you have friends staying or want to use it as an office in the day.

The flat itself is south facing and on the top floor so it has stunning views of surrounding areas with a large balcony which is lovely in the summer. Main bedroom has built in wardrobes and black out curtains with en-suite bathroom and then there is a main bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Modern kitchen and living room (the building is only 4 years old).

Would suit a couple who want the space of a two bedroom flat without the price tag!

Bills are not included and would be split in a way that represented the 1/2 nights per week we may use the second bedroom.
