Lovely ensuite in modern, friendly house share

Sadly my time has come to move out of this lovely house after 2 years as I am now moving in with my boyfriend.

This room is located on the top floor of the 3 storey house. It comes furnished with a bed, built in wardrobes with mirrors, and ensuite bathroom with rainfall showers.

The house is in a gated community and is about a 10-15 minute walk to putney station, and slightly further on to East Putney station (district line). There is also a bus stop ~2 mins away from the house that you can get down to the station.

The house itself is modern, with underfloor heating in all the rooms, bi-folding doors, patio, garden and big open plan kitchen/living room.

There is a nice outside space which is particularly useful during the summer months.

Current housemates are 3 female professionals working in Finance, consultancy & a for a football club. All very tidy, and like to chill together in the evening, maybe head down to the pub (all the classics).

Bills come out to around £90 a month.
