Seeking Flatmate for Putney Flat with Garden

Hi! I'm Hannah. My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am looking to fill her room. Her room is £1100/month + utilities (which has recently been around £120-140 per month). We are directly across from Wandsworth Park with views of the Thames. 8ish minute walk to East Putney Station. Lovely Garden. I do have two dogs so must be okay with them :) They are lovely. There could probably be enough room to set up a WFH area in the room. Bathroom is shared. Bedroom comes with the bed (will definitely need a topper!) and wardrobe. My current flatmate will be taking some furniture with her, so things may end up looking slightly different! The current lease is up on December 31, 2024. But they have been renting for a few years, so you may be able to renew the lease at that point. I'm a nurse, so I do have a funky schedule! I'm looking to get along with my flatmate and would love to be able to share a glass a wine or go out occasionally. I'd also love if a flatmate wouldn't mind letting the dogs into the garden if they are home. Message me and tell me about yourself and we can set up a viewing!
