This lovely double room is available 1st June (though there may be some flexibility with this date so you can move in a bit earlier), located in a quiet residential street in Putney. I’ve really loved living in the area ~ it’s very quiet and feels very safe, with lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. You can also get multiple busses just down the road and Putney Bridge station (district line) is a 10/15min walk away. The room will be mostly unfurnished, though the (brand new) bed frame and mattress will stay. I bought some furniture especially to fit the room, so happy to discuss selling some pieces if you’re interested! The main bathroom isn’t an en-suite, but is right next to the bedroom and all yours as the other girls have en-suites. There is also the cupboards, shown outside the room, which you can use for storage.
Room: £866/month
Bills: Around £100/month

Flatmates & Vibes☕️
You’ll be living with two lovely girls: Joanna, who works in the Finance world, & Alice, works for a well-known fine jewellery company. Both work full-time and mostly in the office (though Joanna will work a few days at home each week). They’d be looking for someone with a similar 9-5 routine, who doesn’t WFH all the time - making sure the shared living room remains a communal, chill place and not a home office. They are both very lovely, respectful, clean and tidy, and are always up for a chat or glass of wine but equally both live very busy lives and like to have their own time to relax and unwind when they are home. There is no cleaning rota or anything like that, we’re all grown-ups and clean up after ourselves and help tidy communal spaces and vacuum etc.

Looking for someone clean and tidy, that takes care of the flat and treats it with respect ~ it really is a lovely place to live. Must be in full-time work, so no students, and be able to provide references for checks with Foxtons who manage the property - this will need to be done quickly! There will be a switch of tenant admin fee of £50, which we can split. You’ll also take over managing the Octopus Energy and BT Internet bills.
