Bright double room - Putney High Street

As I will be moving back to France this summer, I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely double room located in Putney.

-About the room:
It's a lovely bright room with a double bed (with underneah storage) and comes fully furnished with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a possibility to buy the rest of the fourniture as well.
You will have access to a lovely terrace where you'll be able to enjoy some sunshine.

This is a 3 bedrooms flat with 3 bathrooms so you'll have your own bathroom.

- The flat:
The flat is a modern split level flat with an open plan living/kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and very functional with dishwasher and a washing machine. We also have a very comfy living room with sofas and TV.

- Location:
The flat is located on Putney High Street and is a 5 min walk from the Putney Railway station or a less than à 10 walk to Putney Bridge or Putney Easy tube stations (district line).

It's close too all amenities with some nice pubs, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms but also a short walk to parcs and the river Thames.

-Rent&bills:
Rent is 900 pounds/month and bills are not included in the rent but usually comes around 60 pounds/month per person.
Our bills also includes a cleaner who comes twice a month to clean the flat.

-Housemates
The current flatmates are working professionals between 26 and 34 years old. Danny loves to climb and is always out and about. Ruby and Brandon are a lovely couple from New Zeland who love to explore London and its area.
