We have a large double bedroom with ensuite (+ bathtub 🛀) available from 3rd July in our two-storey, penthouse Putney flat with wraparound balcony. It’s approx a 10 min walk from Putney Station and 15 min walk from East Putney Tube. The room will be £1100 excluding bills and the tenancy is secured until 3rd Aug 2025.

👯‍♀️ Who you'll be living with:

We're Maddie, Claudia, and Beth, all aged 24/25. We're up for a laugh, don't take ourselves too seriously and spend the evenings that we're in hanging out, chatting and watching the holy trash trinity: Traitors, Love Island and MAFS. We've become great friends living in this house, so would love someone to roll up and join the good times.

😎 Who we're looking for:

Girl or guy 23-28, clean & tidy, can bring teaspoons, bowls and large drinking glasses.

We've all been living in London for around 5 years now so will be great to have someone who's also established themselves here and wants to make friends rather than just co-exist.

We're up for a good time, drinks, dinner parties etc. but we're by no means hard core ravers so need someone on a similar level who respects the house we've made a home.
