Bright en-suite double room with study

We’re a friendly couple (both 33) offering a furnished double room in our lovely 3-story home, just a short walk from the river. The room comes with built-in wardrobes and a comfortable bed, and you’ll have access to a study room next door that you can use on days that we’re not working from it.

On the same floor, there’s a generous-sized bathroom exclusively for your use, complete with plenty of storage.

All bills are included in the rent, including a bi-weekly cleaning service that covers the entire house (every other Wednesday). We have two adorable cats who can be a bit shy at first, but will become very friendly once they know you, so it’s important you don’t mind cats!

You’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, and our garden – perfect for BBQs during the summer months. We’re looking for a clean and tidy young professional who enjoys socialising but also values their own space.

Bit about us:
Weekday evenings will usually be spent running, at the gym or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Weekends we are super sociable and enjoy meeting friends at the pub or having friends round for drinks or dinner, of which you will be welcome to join!
