Double Room In Spacious House Putney

Before I start a few key things to consider:

- We are looking for some who is clean and considerate.

We are young professionals who do a house share in this big house in Putney. We are 15 mins walk from Putney station and 7 mins from Barnes, just off of Upper Richmond Road. One of our housemate is moving countries and we need to fill his spot.

A little about the room and house: Aaron is leaving to move to new chapters. He has a big double room with built in wardrobe. Although he is leaving behind some of the furniture, including bed, desk and drawers. There is enough space to fit drawers, desk and other bits to make it personalised and homely. We have a massive kitchen with cupboard space and storage. The house itself is getting a few small repairs right now but in a very good condition otherwise. Our area is very very safe, literally white picket fence kind of vibe. Post office, dentists, Tesco and Sainsbury's less than 2 mins walk from the house. East Putney tube station 20 mins walk, Putney 15 mins walk, and Barnes station is 7 mins from the house. Busses that connect to Clapham, Richmond, Kingston stop less than 30 sec walk from the house. This is the best home I have lived in.

A little about me. I'm Aysha, I work a corporate job in marketing and design, and I am a Pilates instructor on the weekends, so really into my fitness. I am staying on.

Marco is Italian British, he is a photographer and social media professional. Also, super easy going and he is also staying on (pics of Marco and I at the end.

We do have a third housemate Gabor who is Hungarian and works for a luxury restaurant in Mayfair. Gabor is also staying on.

We have a cleaner who cleans monthly, but generally we are very clean people. We do live like a community in the house to help each other. We are also generally happy, and quite and peaceful household. Sadly, we don't have a sharing living room, but the rooms are big enough to chill together.
