Cosy Double room, Putney (Apr 2026)

I am moving in with my partner and looking for my replacement. The house: 3 friendly 27-34 year old professional women looking for a 4th flatmate to join us in our 4 bed maisonette which has become a real home for us in Putney.

We have a lovely double room available (with a perfect plant shelf!). The room is a cozy size but with plenty of extra storage space in the flat. Please note, the bed is not staying in the room so you will need to source your own.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, with a large living room area (with a TV) and a separate large, sociable kitchen with a small patio with outdoor seating. There are also 2 bathrooms with bath, toilet and shower facilities.

You will share the maisonette with three sociable and friendly flatmates who enjoy both shared and separate social lives but enjoy relaxing and chilling out together when we are around (yes, there may sometimes be trash TV involved…!) We would be excited to welcome a new friend into our home :).

We very much put emphasis on respecting everyone’s personal space and we take pride in our clean and friendly home so it is important that our new flatmate is someone who would feel the same way.

The total monthly cost is £658.75 plus bills. Bills come to approximately £135 each month depending on summer/winter expenses, which includes internet, water, council tax, gas, electric and household essentials such as cleaning supplies. The deposit is £660.

I am moving out in April so looking for a replacement, I have been the property for a good few years and have loved it.
