We’re looking for someone new to join our fantastic house on Putney Bridge Road overlooking Wandsworth Park. The location couldn’t be better — 10/15 minute walk from both the tube & overground stations, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, pubs & alongside the river allowing for great walks!

🎥 🧀 About Us:

You’d be living with two guys aged 31. One who works for a fine food & cheese company (in the office 4 days a week/with lots of food perks making their way into the fridge). The other who works in film/tv (varying amounts of time on set/wfh depending on the contract). We’re good mates from school, enjoy playing sport & socialising so there’s often something fun going on — but we also totally respect & enjoy downtime and independent social lives.

🏡 The Room/house:

• Double bedroom with built in wardrobe off the main road. 🛌

• Bathroom shared with one other tenant as there is an en-suite upstairs.

• Shared office with desk, generally free to use as wfh days are infrequent for us both.

• Shared garden with neighbours, including outdoor seating & bbq (lovely space in the summer ☀️ or winter if you’re brave 🥶)

💰 Rent: £866 + bills (~£90/month)

We’re after someone friendly, considerate, and keen to make the flat feel like home.
The room is unfurnished although the flat is fully furnished in all communal areas, although happy for any agreed additions so that it also feels like home for you!
