Unfortunately myself and my flatmate are leaving Putney and have a 2 rooms available with a lovely flatmate.

The flat is situated roughly a 10 minute walk from Putney tube station and 10 mins from Putney bridge train station with links going to central.

Rent is £810 paid on the 1st of the month to the landlord and bills come to around £90-£120 each month.

Your flatmate would be a lovely girl who is a professional and occasionally works from home. The flat does accommodate hybrid working- the room has a desk if WFH but also plenty of space in the living room if feeling social.

Great location-a little sainsburys is behind the flat and lots of restaurants, shops and gyms within walking distance. River is a 5 minute walk away.

Move in date is before 1st of March.
