Minimum term is 6 months that remain at the current contract with possible extension.

The flat is just a 7-minute walk from East Putney station. Situated on the 3rd floor (with lift access), the flat boasts city views, including glimpses of Canary Wharf on clear days. Wandsworth park is just a 7-minute walk away too.

The available room comes with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a set of drawers.

The flat includes a new bathroom, a well-equipped modern kitchen, and a small balcony. There’s also a washer/dryer and dishwasher, alongside other well-appointed appliances.

Parking permits are available for residents, although it's not a dedicated space.

The flatmates are professionals: one works from home and loves sports on weekends, while the other works weekdays and likes to unwind after work with a good movie and a nice dinner. They respect each other's space and time, and are polite and supportive.

They are looking for a clean and tidy flatmate, who appreciates a pleasant living environment.

Bills are around £150 in winter and less than £100 in other seasons.
