Huge en suite attic room on Putney embankment

Huge attic room with en suite available from 15th March in lovely Victorian house right beside Putney embankment (we are the last house on Glendarvon Street, 10 meters from the Thames and the rowing clubs, the Clubhouse, Thames path etc)

House is huge with a big living room, kitchen and garden. Heaps of space for bikes etc - everyone’s pretty sporty and chill about using the living room (there are sort of 2) for this kind of stuff. Bills are around 100-120pm.

Current housemates are Chris, Katy (both really keen rowers) and Callum - all mid to late 20s and the house has a nice chill, social vibe.
Looking for someone a similar age that will fit in with the house.

I bought all the furniture from the last housemates (room was unfurnished before them) - I’ll leave it all for free (minus the desk and tv stand) but I did recently buy the orange sofa and can’t take it with me so if something will buy that (£300, paid £500 painfully recently) then that’d be great.

There’s a chance you may need to sub let for the first month or so while the agents sort the contract - need to be ok with this in advance if you want to take the room.
