A double bedroom on it's own top floor with own bathroom and extra storage space - available from end of March.
It's a welcoming and well-located, quiet Putney flat with just one other tenant in her 30's - looking for similar.

Excellent location just off a main road with lovely cafes and pubs, shops, but feels quiet and secluded up on the 2nd floor - 5 mins walk to Putney train station and 10 minutes to East Putney tube station.

About me:
I am a relaxed but tidy and clean professional in my 30s, like relaxing in the evenings at home or meeting friends for dinner; don't usually host much at home but keep it a safe and cosy retreat from the world after a long day working in the City.
The flat is furnished throughout including a bed and small wardrobe (the chest of drawers would be available for sale also).
I have a big comfy L-shaped sofa, a sofabed in the living room for occasional guests; a little kitchen table and chairs, comfy rugs, TV, and coffee table in the living space.
I tend to work Mon - Thurs in the office and on Friday I wfh.

Looking for someone similar, friendly but chilled, happy to share occasional dinners and chat and be friendly, or have our own space sometimes too.
