Room with en-suite

I am currently looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in Putney as I will be moving away.
The room is in a 3 bed flat with two other girls who are very easy going, sociable people who like to keep the flat tidy. Both working hybrid mix between home and the office.
The flat is in a lovely part of Putney, right next to Wandsworth park on the river and is around a 10 minute walk to East Putney station (district line) and a 12 minute walk to Putney station (main line trains). There is a large balcony/terrace which is south facing so gets the sun all day in the summer!
We are looking for someone of a similar age 29-35 who is easy to get along with and is up for a wine on the balcony after a long week!

The room is a good size, currently easily houses a queen bed with space for a desk. Rent is £960 per calendar month and bills are around £130 per month, total ~£1090. Deposit £1000.

The room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe and would also be happy to leave the desk if interested. Will be available from April 1st. Landlord checks will need to be completed.
