Bright spacious double in Putney!

Helloo! My flatmate is moving out of our lovely Putney flat, so I am looking for someone who can take her room from late April / early May.

We have a cute 2-bedroom flat right by Putney Common. It’s a 2-minute walk to the river and 15-minute walk to Putney Bridge station. Putney and Barnes railway stations can also be reached quite easily, and there’s plenty of buses leaving from just up the road.

The room is a bright double with lots of storage. It comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The bathroom and living room are both shared.

Rent is £925 a month excluding bills, which come out at around £150 a month (including water, gas & electricity, council tax, internet, and tv license). Deposit is £1000.

The area is great, very green and close to lots of cosy cafes and nice restaurants, but also only half an hour from Central. Putney High Street is a 10-minute walk from the flat, and it has plenty of shops as well as three big supermarkets.

I’m a sociable and easygoing flatmate, as well as very clean and tidy. I normally work from home 2/3 days a week. While I’m fairly busy and usually out and about, I love having a comfortable home to come back to for a chilled evening and a nice dinner. Since it would be just the two of us sharing, I’m looking for a likeminded person who has a similar lifestyle but is also up for the occasional movie night or shared meal if we’re both at home :)
