Cozy Double Room in Putney

Hello! I hope this ad finds you well. I’m Nicole and I’m sorry to be leaving such a gorgeous flat after years of living here.
Although the room seems small it has amazing storage and beautiful sunlight throughout the day making it feel more cozy than small.
The flat itself is a lovely welcoming space inside of a 1930s building.
The property is managed by a wonderful reception team (you’ll never worry about missing a delivery again!), and has a beautiful shared garden space.

Important information:

- Rent is £759 per month which includes your gas bill

- All other bills come up to around £81 per month (water, internet, tv licence etc)

- You will be living with two professional women in their mid to late twenties

- Ideally we would want someone who is on a slightly different schedule and doesn’t consistently work from home

- The property has an open planned kitchen/living room/dining space

- The move in date is slightly flexible but April 11th is preferable

- The flat is around a 10 minute walk to Putney station and a 20 minute walk to the District line making it great for transportation
