I’m sadly moving out of this lovely 3-bedroom flat at the end of April, so my double bedroom will be available from 1st May. There is also another double bedroom available immediately, as my former flatmate relocated for work last week.

The flat is just a 7-minute walk from East Putney station (District Line). Putney rail station is also nearby for trains to Waterloo.

Situated on the 3rd floor (with lift access), it boasts great city views, including glimpses of Canary Wharf on clear days.

The available room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a set of drawers.
The flat includes a new bathroom, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and a small balcony. There’s also a washer/dryer and dishwasher, along with other well-appointed appliances.

Resident parking permits are available (not a dedicated space).

My current flatmate is caring, considerate, and very respectful. She is a working professional who goes into the office most days and enjoys watching movies, eating out, and going to the theatre in her free time.
