I currently rent my flat with my housemate who I've been living with for around 4 years in different locations around London. We are great mates and he's a top bloke, but I'm moving in with my girlfriend now so looking for someone to fill the room and share the flat with him from 1st May, but can be flexible with this if required sooner.
The room has it's own en suite. The room is part furnished, i. e. bed and wardrobes and the flat is fully furnished as seen, with newly bought sofas, dining table, tv and sound system. There is underfloor heating throughout and the wifi and bills are already set up.
We also have a great outdoor area and are close to Putney Bridge or Putney overground with a large selection of shops and dining/drinking too.
It's ideal for a working professional. The flatmate goes into the office most days and is only around in the evenings or partly over weekends so it's an ideal space and quiet. He's also very tidy and aware of the shared spaces being kept pleasant for all to use and to host people when needed.
To describe the whole flat, there is the en suite for the bedroom I am moving out of, a whole bathroom and another bedroom which the flatmate uses and then another toilet on the other floor. It's split level, with the open living/dining area upstairs along with the entrance and then bedroom and main bathrooms on the same floor. There is ample storage in wardrobes and cupboards built in all around the flat.
