Huge sunny double room in Putney

Hi!

I’m leaving my room in Putney mid-April and looking for a girl to take over!

The room is HUGE (4.8m x 3.35m) and super bright. Some of the furniture is included and the rest is negotiable, we can figure it out between us!

The flatmate is a super lovely 28yo professional, and she’s genuinely become such a good friend in the past year I’ve been here, you could not ask for better. We often have little movie nights on the couch and I know it would mean a lot if she could continue doing so with the new tenant. You will also share the bathroom, kitchen and all the extra storage places.

The rent is £900pcm + bills, which comes out at around £1050 total per month. The area is literally the best I’ve ever lived, we are 30s from the tube and bus stop, and less than 10min from the train station. You can get to Waterloo in less than 30min. All the shops you need are also right on your doorstep.

This is not a party flat, however the occasional guest is more than welcome for dinner/a few nights, but given that there is no living room we try not to have more than 1 guest over at a time. There is a small spare bedroom that we use to store stuff and for guests to sleep in.

The contract length is very flexible.
