👨‍🏡 The Housemates

You’ll be living with three easy-going professionals:
* Tiv (34) – Marine Systems Architect - into tag rugby, gym, fitness, video games, travel.
* Connor (30) – Marketing - loves charity shops, socialising, football, cycling.
* Jordan (33) – Data engineer - into running, travelling & pubs

It’s a social but balanced house — we’ll hang out or chat in the kitchen, but everyone also has their own lives. Will share a bathroom with 2 other flatmates. One flatmate has his own en-suite. Nice sized kitchen. You’ll share a whole fridge and freezer with one person.

Bills - split 4 ways. Everyone oversees a bill. Whoever takes over my room will oversee the water bill.
